Check which company you are working on

One account can access several companies. Choose the right company on pages that need a company context; overview pages may show projects across companies. Before uploading materials or confirming details, check the project name.

Prepare company details

In Company details, enter the requested legal name, tax details, registered address and representative. Use official information consistent with the contract and invoicing.

  1. Complete required fields and check addresses and contact details.
  2. Confirm only statements you are entitled to make for the company.
  3. Submit for review and correct any points the team flags.

Invite people with the right role

If your role permits it, use the company’s members and invitations area. Check the email address and role before sending. The recipient must accept the invitation: inviting someone does not share your password or make them a platform administrator.

Some actions require the owner

Being able to view a project does not authorize every confirmation. The dashboard identifies owner-only steps. Ask the owner to use their own account; do not exchange credentials to bypass permissions.

Changes and missing access

Editing a profile does not rewrite a contract already issued or signed. Tell the team about changes to tax details, representative or ownership. If a project is missing, first check your company context and account, then request an access review.
