Services for businesses
SITE and SHOP are for businesses and professionals purchasing for their work, not consumers. An application is not a signed contract, accepted Order or final production booking. The final scope and price are provided before signature.
Which documents apply
Public conditions explain the service. The signed Contract, Order and annexes govern each Project in their stated order of precedence. Updating this page does not retrospectively change a signed agreement. Translations assist understanding; the Italian text prevails as specified in the Contract.
Contractual registers
These registers describe processors, dependencies, data jurisdiction and transfer formats. The version incorporated in a Contract remains identifiable; a later public version does not automatically replace it.
Notices and questions
Contact info@siti.gratis for general and privacy enquiries. Formal termination and other contractual notices must use the channels and deadlines required by the Contract, including certified email where specified.
