Scope
These terms cover Wake Up Italy SRL’s website and portal. They do not replace a SITE/SHOP Contract, add charges or modify signed Orders. Browsing, registration and application do not amount to signing up for a paid service.
Accounts and authority
Provide accurate information, use an email address you control and keep an individual account. Anyone acting for a business must have authority for the particular action. Invitations, company membership and assigned roles determine access: joining one project does not confer rights over every linked company.
Protecting access
Do not share passwords or one-time codes; protect your email account too. Use the required second factor, sign out on shared devices and report compromise to info@siti.gratis. Re-authentication may be required for a protected action. Do not bypass permissions, security checks or technical limits.
Content and prohibited conduct
Upload only materials for which you hold the necessary rights and lawful bases. Do not upload malware, unlawful content, other customers’ data or credentials in free-text fields. Unauthorised access, extraction or disruption is prohibited. Content or access may be restricted as necessary to address a risk, subject to the Contract and law.
What actions mean
Saving stores information; submitting requests a review; approval accepts the specific item shown. Importing a catalogue does not publish Shopify products and reporting a transfer does not prove receipt of funds. Check the project, version, amounts and messages before confirmation. Signing and authorising publication are separate actions.
Availability, links and rights
Maintenance or temporary outages may occur. Report problems rather than repeatedly attempting financial actions without checking the result. External services have their own terms. Use of the portal does not transfer ownership of our brand, general software or interface. Rights to customer materials and project deliverables follow the Contract and mandatory law.
Changes and help
Revisions carry a date/version and are communicated where material; they do not unilaterally amend signed Contracts. Use project support for questions, or email info@siti.gratis if you cannot log in. Describe the issue without passwords, codes or unnecessary documents.
