No. The initial development and design covered by your plan are included in the subscription price, with no separate development charge. The service itself is paid: the annual fee also includes use of the website, a standard domain, infrastructure, security, monitoring and technical maintenance. The first annual payment remains due under the contract.

SITE costs €1,188 + VAT per year, equivalent to €99 per month. SHOP costs €2,388 + VAT per year, equivalent to €199 per month. Payment is annual and in advance, with a minimum initial contract term of 60 months.

Because we don’t hand over a website and disappear. We invest in the initial design and continue to provide infrastructure, security, monitoring and technical maintenance. This term allows us to include development in the subscription and provide an ongoing service.

The initial contract requires five annual payments. Ending it early at the client’s request does not automatically cancel the remaining amounts due, except where expressly provided for in the contract.

Your domain, brand, chosen logo, materials and business data remain yours. The code, components and technical architecture remain the property of Wake Up Italy and are licensed for use during the service. This is not an instalment purchase of the code.

The service may renew for annual periods. The renewal price is the then-current list price for an equivalent plan, reduced by 10%, subject to the terms and notice periods set out in the contract.

No. You provide accurate, complete information about your business; we create the structure, content and SEO optimisation. Each page, product or category included in the project can have up to 5,000 characters in each language.

Yes. Search query analysis, structure, titles, descriptions, internal links, content and technical settings are part of the project. We work on clear content and a structure accessible to search engines, including for AI-powered search experiences. We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, citations or inclusion in AI answers: the respective services decide which results to show.

Yes. Your subscription includes one website change request each month, with up to 30 minutes of work. Unused time does not accumulate or carry over to the next month. For additional requests or work beyond the included 30 minutes, we agree the work and cost before starting: €50 + VAT per hour or Development 5, five hours for €200 + VAT for one month. Unused Development 5 hours also do not carry over to the next month. Fixing faults in the approved solution remains included in the service and is separate from client-requested changes.

No. The process is designed to work entirely online. Briefs, materials, revisions, approvals and support go through the client area and the support request system.

A standard domain is included. It is managed through our registrar account but registered to the client’s company. If the service ends, the domain is transferred to the registrar chosen by the client.

Wake Up Italy prepares the pages using a detailed questionnaire. The client must provide accurate information, confirm their practices and approve the texts. The service does not replace specialist legal advice for particular activities or countries.

Within 15 working days for SITE and 30 working days for SHOP, starting when we receive payment, the completed brief, materials and the necessary access. Waiting for the client pauses the timeframe.

The client pays directly for the Shopify plan, payment processing fees, paid apps and other external services. Wake Up Italy does not charge a commission on the store’s turnover.
