SITE is for a business website; SHOP includes preparing a store using Shopify. The service is for professional activities. Your order defines the actual quantities, languages, integrations, price and commitments—not an example in this guide.
Submit a complete application
Provide contact details you can access, your business activity, your goal and preferred month. Read the privacy notice; any marketing consent is separate and optional.
- Complete the application without passwords or card details.
- Complete any anti-bot check and submit once.
- Check the result on screen and the email instructions; activate your account when asked.
Saved is not the same as submitted
A saved application still needs submitting if the dashboard asks you to do so. Under review means the team is considering it: do not create duplicates. If more information is needed, answer the specific request in the application.

The next-step card distinguishes your actions, work being done by the team and actions reserved for the company owner. Full lists remain in Applications and Projects. Visiting a page does not complete a milestone.
The order journey
After the application is approved, the team verifies the company details. The company owner then completes the order’s pre-contract questionnaire; the team reviews and accepts it before preparing the commercial terms. Confirming the terms opens project preparation: accepted answers are carried over without entering them again, while materials and the SHOP catalogue can be completed alongside contract signing. Confirming terms is not signing the contract. Your client area shows the next available action.
Separately, you review the documents, sign the released package, receive the complete signed package and pay as instructed in your order. Production starts only after the questionnaire and materials are accepted, the signed package is received, the first payment is verified and the production month is confirmed. Next come previews, revision rounds, final approval, agreement to the publication plan and manual publication.
If an email does not arrive
Check your address, spam folder and account notifications. Do not repeat a submission or payment simply because an email is missing. If you cannot sign in, contact info@siti.gratis with the context, without sending credentials.
