Prepare identifiable files

Open Project → Materials. Group content by page, language or purpose and use descriptive names. main-logo.svg is clearer than final-latest-2.svg. Check that you have the necessary rights to the content you upload.

Check every upload result

Choose files in the designated area and follow the displayed type and size limits. A selected file—or one still transferring—is not necessarily saved.

  1. Upload a coherent group of materials.
  2. Wait for each file’s result and address errors.
  3. Check names, content and intended use before submitting preparation.

Explain where the content belongs

Specify page and language for text, and location or product for images. Say whether content is final or needs review. Do not upload identity documents, customer databases, passwords or API keys as ordinary materials.

Product photographs

Use Catalogue photos inside Catalogue to link images to products. Wait for the saved status, then choose photos in the product editor or enter their exact file names in the spreadsheet. An external link is not delivery of the image file.

Extra requests and locked materials

The team can request specific missing items. Respond to the relevant request without indiscriminately replacing already reviewed files. If the area is read-only, ask for reopening. The team can export the questionnaire and materials for production work.
