Questionnaire and automatic saving

Complete your brief at your own pace, verify that it is saved and submit a complete version for review.

Open the project questionnaire

Distinguish the pre-contract questionnaire from project preparation. After company details are verified, the company owner opens Contracts, selects the order and completes the pre-contract questionnaire; the team must accept it before preparing commercial terms. After confirming the terms, open preparation from Projects: accepted answers are carried over without duplicating them; upload files in Materials and SHOP products in Catalogue. Preparation can progress alongside signing, without waiting for payment. The autosave instructions below concern project preparation; in the pre-contract questionnaire, use the displayed save and submit buttons.

Questions reflect SITE or SHOP and the preparation required. Describe goals, audience, content and preferences clearly. A visual reference helps, but it does not replace an explanation.

Wait for the saved status

Editable answers save automatically after a short pause. The status distinguishes pending changes, saving and successful saving. Wait for confirmation before leaving: typing an answer does not prove that the server received it.

If saving fails

Keep the page open, check your connection and choose Retry saving. Do not refresh or close a tab with pending changes: unsaved answers are not a durable offline backup. If your session expires, follow the instructions while retaining the open page.

Saving does not submit the brief

Submit separately once the brief is complete.

  1. Review your answers and highlighted fields.
  2. Complete the requested materials and the SHOP catalogue where applicable.
  3. Wait for saving to finish, then submit for review.
  4. Check that the status has changed to team review.

Corrections and earlier versions

Some areas become read-only during review. If corrections are requested, update the reopened sections and submit again. Earlier submissions remain in the history. Acceptance of preparation is not approval of the finished website.

Avoid editing in two tabs

Edit one questionnaire in one tab at a time. If a newer version is reported, do not overwrite it blindly: preserve any text you need and contact the team. Do not enter credentials or unnecessary personal information.
