Read your own order’s schedule

Amounts, VAT and due-date rules are stated in the terms and documents. Dates linked to receipt of the complete signed package are determined at that stage—not when you apply or download a file. Do not calculate your due dates from another project’s example.

Before making a transfer

Use the current payment instructions in your order and check the beneficiary, IBAN, amount and reference. Verify an unexpected bank-detail change through an established channel; do not rely on an isolated message.

Already paid?

Reporting a payment helps the team check it but does not automatically confirm receipt.

  1. Pay according to the order instructions.
  2. Use the payment-report action, where available, and provide the requested references.
  3. Wait for team verification; do not transfer again just because the status is pending.

Preferred month and actual start

The month selected in your application is subject to review and capacity. The team manages the calendar and starts production when contractual and operational requirements are met. A signature, payment or questionnaire alone does not guarantee an immediate start.

Third-party and additional costs

For SHOP, Shopify plans, paid apps and payment-provider fees are separate from the siti.gratis fee as stated in the order. Do not activate unagreed services. For invoices, late payments or partial payments, open a support conversation linked to the project.
