Managing revision rounds

Turn scattered feedback into clear, checkable requests shared with the team.

Use the open round

Open Revision rounds in the project and check the version being reviewed. Your contract defines the included rounds. One round collects a coherent set of feedback; there is no need for a separate support ticket for each detail.

Write a specific comment

Identify the page, language, affected area, current behaviour and desired result. Refer to supplied materials when useful.

Submit the round, not just individual notes

Saving a comment does not automatically send the whole round.

  1. Add and review all comments.
  2. Remove ambiguity and identify duplicates.
  3. Submit the round using its submission action.
  4. Wait for a response and answer clarifications in the relevant comment.

Correction or additional work?

The team classifies requests against the agreed scope and explains its reasoning. Out-of-scope work requires a separate proposal and your acceptance before work starts. Adding a request to a round does not authorize an automatic charge.

Verify the result

When a new version is ready, reopen the same preview and review the team’s responses. Reference the earlier comment in the next round if an issue remains. Completing a round is not contract receipt, final approval or publication consent.
